At Apex Coordination & Navigation, we believe good support starts with listening, understanding and genuinely seeing the person behind the plan.
We provide NDIS Support Coordination and Specialist Support Coordination, working alongside participants to help them understand and use their NDIS plans, connect with the right supports and navigate the challenges that can sometimes come with the NDIS.
Our approach is shaped by our own lived experience as well as professional experience. We understand that navigating the NDIS can feel very different depending on which side of the table you're sitting on. Having an understanding of both perspectives gives us insight into the realities participants, families and support networks can face, while also understanding the importance of working collaboratively with providers and other professionals.
Apex is built on extensive experience within the disability and NDIS sector. We bring a strong understanding of the NDIS, support coordination, complex circumstances and the practical challenges that participants and their families can face when trying to access and maintain the right supports. Our experience allows us to approach each situation with confidence, knowledge and a practical understanding of how to work collaboratively with participants, families, providers and other professionals.Â
We take the time to listen to what matters to you, understand your circumstances and work with you to find practical ways forward. We can help coordinate supports, build connections, navigate barriers and support you to make informed choices about your life and your supports.
There is no one-size-fits-all approach. Every person has different goals, circumstances, strengths and priorities. We believe your support should reflect you, not simply your NDIS plan.
